Frequently asked questions

We can produce items from just 1 garment. However screen printing requires a minimum of 20 items. Shipping becomes expensive so for volumes under 20 your items will be shipped with other items. This may increase the time from ordering to delivery.

We offer two main methods of ordering.

BULK order from an organiser such as a team captain or event organiser. Provide all the details, customisations, colours sizing etc and we will invoice you once for the order.

INDIVIDUAL orders can be made through our shop. Organisers design the items and allowed customisations. Individuals can then place their own personal orders. These will be processed either in a single order and delivered to the organiser or individuals can choose to have items shipped directly to their prefered address.

Orders can be added after the close date but there is no guarantee these will be added. It depends on a case by case situation. Give us a call to talk through what you want and we will do our best to accommodate the changes.

Changes can be made to orders up until the close date. After this changes might be possible but cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible to stand the best chance of getting changes in. Ideally call us.

We have designers who can help you with your designs. For some types of designs there will be a fee for this design work but for mock-ups using your logo and our standard colours and layouts, there is no fee.

Your logo can be added to any design and product. We do require it to be a certain quality depending on the size and type of print being done. More detail on this is coming soon.

We can offer full customisations per garment. Every person can have something different on their item. Screen prints have a minimum of 20 items but embroidery, heat print, direct to fabric print, and sublimation (dying the material) can all be done on a one by one basis.

We plan on 4 weeks from when you finalise your orders, or when we close the ordering page, until the items are in your hands. We can do this in 3 weeks but plan for slightly longer.

Orders are normally delivered all together for free to the organiser but in some cases you can have your order delivered to your own address. There are shipping costs for this.

Yes we have a page on sizes.

For organisers such as sports clubs and schools we can provide a sample size set which you keep for a week. This allows people to try on the items for real and can cover any sizes from Youth XS to Adult 3XL These sets must be returned to us at the agreed time.

All of our kit comes in our standard sizing. You are able to request changes to any sizing. These are done on a case by case basis and may require extra time or extra cost. Our standard sizing is slightly larger and slightly longer to give a generous comfortable feel.

We can set up a shop for you where all orders are paid individually. Alternatively you can do a bulk order and pay in a single go.

Bulk orders can be paid in a single go. Clubs can also purchase or book discount codes which they can then pass on so individuals can order themselves but pay nothing. Invoices are provided when orders close and must be paid in full before prior to delivery.

We offer discount codes for clubs who want to reduce the cost for some of their members. The school/club pays for these centrally and shares them with the members they want.
